# The Council Session #001

### ⚖️ ROYALTY REDISTRIBUTION

:1234: **OPTIONS :** \
\
1️⃣ Each Legend gets an equal share of 0.02% adding up to 50% of the royalties. The other 50% will be kept in the treasury.\
🟢 Unquestionably the fairest method. It can encourage even more activity among the lowest tiers of the collection.

2️⃣ Each wallet gets a share based on the number of Legends it holds.\
🟢 Similar to PoS voting, this option gives more power to the larger wallets. Dedicated supporters of the collection get a better reward than those who aren't as passionate.\
🟡 Newcomers and those who can't afford a large number of assets may feel like whales are getting preferential treatment and get discouraged.

3️⃣ Majority of Legends get an equal share. Legends with specific traits receive a slightly bigger share. \
4️⃣ Majority of Legends get an equal share. Legends with specific traits receive a significantly bigger share.\
🟢 This can create a competitive market for certain traits which helps the collection overall. Similar to how laser eyes and astronauts almost always have high demand.\
🟡 Similar to option 2, this can result in a small number of holders earning a giant portion of the royalties.

5️⃣ Each Legend gets an equal share. Expand the royalties from 50% to 90%. Treasury will receive only 10% of the royalties. \
🟢 A higher rate of royalty redistribution can attract new investors. Bad Fox Motorcycle Club has the number set at 80%. \
🟡 This can slow us down in regards of our long-term plans (i.e. establishing an esports team)<br>

🏆 **OUTCOME :** \
\
1️⃣ Each Legend gets an equal share of 0.02% adding up to 50% of the royalties. The other 50% will be kept in the treasury.
